• Rainwater harvesting – uses the 500m2 of roof space to collect
water to use as flushing for toilets, tank holds approx 2000 litres.
• 11 KW groundsource heat pump providing 58% of buildings heat requirement
(29kWh of heat equivalent) using 8 boreholes at 17m depth below the car
park surface
