• 20 KW wind turbine providing 52,000kWh of Electricity per year.


• Solar water heating - 4m2 of evacuated tube providing 60% of hot water needs for building.


• Rainwater harvesting – uses the 500m2 of roof space to collect water to use as flushing for toilets, tank holds approx 2000 litres.


• 11 KW groundsource heat pump providing 58% of buildings heat requirement (29kWh of heat equivalent) using 8 boreholes at 17m depth below the car park surface
